In Neos
Kosmos, an area which is constantly being upgraded, a few metres
away from the metro station and tram stop, we find a beautiful
restaurant which brings to mind the old aristocratic world of Czechoslovakia.
The dark colours we encounter upon entering evoke the luxurious
pubs of Prague.
The environment is pleasant, warm, friendly and filled with the air of
the humoristic writings of Yuroslav Hachek, from which
the restaurant borrowed its name. Illustrations from this book made by
Czech artist Josef Lada decorate the walls while paintings and
wall-paintings by Greek artist Panagiotis Beltekos views
from Prague complete the setting.
The decor is simple and the furniture is classical. There are 3 levels,
the ground floor with a few tables, the first
floor which consists of the main dining area
and a semi-outdoor area for the summer months whose unique
style is inspired by the train stations of Central Europe.
